We are unable to cater to vegan, gluten-free, and lactose-free diets. Vegetarians are welcome; however, since we visit certain restaurants that specialize in Polish traditional dishes primarily involving meat, we are unable to replace each food item.
To ensure an optimal experience for all participants, a carefully crafted schedule is in place. Consequently, our guide is prepared to wait for a period of up to 5 minutes. However, should you anticipate being tardy, your opportunity to join will be limited to the initial stop. Feel free to reach out to us through either email or phone at +48 697 420 137, and we'll be more than willing to assist you in determining an alternate rendezvous point for the tour. Kindly note that in the scenario where you are the sole participant and unless we receive a call from you, the guide will extend their wait to a maximum of 15 minutes, after which they will proceed. Please be aware that tickets are nonrefundable.
All the destinations we visit on our tours are within walking distance. The walking distance might extend up to 1.5 km (varies based on the specific tour).
Public Tour: If you cancel the tour&class 48 hours in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.
Private Tours & Team Building Events: If you cancel the tour&class at least 20 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee(transaction fee not refundable). If you cancel between 14 and 19 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50 percent cancellation fee (transaction fee not refundable). If you cancel within 13 day(s) of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.
Tipping is optional, but feel free to tip if you feel you got exceptionally great service.
